If you haven’t looked at this home already, I think it has a lot of the features you are looking for (other than an expansive view – there is a view, but not like on Mountain Park). The main level has 3 bedrooms – the front two bedrooms would make a great ‘in-law’ area – an ensuite bedroom (right) and a sitting area (left) – shaded in blue. (In the video tour you can see how this will make a very nice ‘in-law’ area).
